Oferim cazare in regim hotelier la Casuta de Lux-Premium.Totul este nou si curat.

Este situata in jud Bihor localitatea Oradea cartier Oncea pe str.Episcop Ioan Alexi,intr-o zona foarte linistita - la curte.

Casuta are o capacitate de cazare de 4 persoane.

Suplimentar va pot oferi inca un apartament cu 2 dormitoare, bucatarie, baie + terasa (are si Aer Conditionat acel apartament) la casa, este situat in aceeasi curte cu casuta, in care se mai pot caza inca 4 persoane,astfel in total pot fi cazate 8 persoane in aceesi curte la pretul de 800 lei/8 persoane/zi.

Se ofera factura pt cine are nevoie.

Locatia beneficiaza de curte privata cu gazon,plante ornamentale,loc de joaca pt copii,parcare privata gratuita,terasa si posibilitate de facut gratare.

Ca si dotari sunt:Smart TV-uri 4k,Netflix,Internet+Wi-Fi gratuit,senzori de fum,pat King Size matrimonial cu saltea super ortopedica (160x200 cm), canapea extensibila (160x200 cm), uscator de par,spatiu de lucru pentru laptop,,bucatarie complet mobilata si utilata,aparat de cafea,difuzoare audio in tavan-HI-FI+Bluetooth,incalzire in pardoseala automatizata,dus incastrat,apa calda non-stop.

Conditii de cazare: Carte de identitate.

Nu se accepta fumatul in locatie (decat in curte in spatiul special amenajat pt fumat), animalele de companie se accepta doar daca raman in curte.

Oferim o cafea/ceai pe zi din partea casei incluse in pretul cazarii.

Spre deosebire de locatiile de la blocuri,la noi gasiti intimitate si discretie maxima,drept urmare puteti parca masina sau motocicleta direct in curtea proprietatii daca doriti.

Optional se ofera transport,contra cost la anumite puncte turistice:Aquapark Nymphaea,Baile Felix,Terase, Restaurante,Cafenele,Aeroporturi,Etc.

In addition, I can offer you another apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom + terrace (that apartment also has Air Conditioning) at the house, it is located in the same yard as the house, where you can accommodate 4 more people, so in total they can be accommodated 8 people in the same yard at the price of 800 lei / 8 people / day.

The invoice is provided for those who need it.

The location benefits from a private yard with lawn, ornamental plants, playground for children, free private parking, terrace and the possibility to make barbecues.

As facilities are: Smart TVs 4k, Netflix, Internet + free Wi-Fi, smoke sensors, King Size matrimonial bed with super orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), sofa bed (160x200 cm), hair dryer, space thing for laptop, fully furnished and equipped kitchen, coffee machine, audio speakers in the ceiling-HI-FI + Bluetooth, automated underfloor heating, built-in shower, hot water non-stop.

Accommodation conditions: Identity card.

Smoking is not allowed on site (except in the yard in the space specially designed for smoking), pets are only accepted if they stay in the yard.

We offer a coffee / tea a day from the house included in the price of accommodation.
